Had hills and some headwinds today. I think I still like hills better - at least they have two sides. I crossed the Illinois River today. I actually walked across the bridge. It was very busy and not a lot of extra room. On both sides, there was major flooding. Some street signs just barely peeked out of the water.
A tractor passed me today. Either they are fast or I am slow. I'll go with they are fast.
I found another quarter. How they get out in the middle of nowhere beats me.
Time to rest and get ready for tomorrow. :)
I'm betting that tractor was speeding!!! Leave it to Beth to bike thru Illinois and find an airplane!!
