What came first? The worm or the chicken?

Beth's last trip to San Francisco resulted in her receiving a tattoo.  This picture represents our next contest.   As seen outside Bullhead City AZ.......the question to answer is:  a) Did Beth stop on her journey and get a tattoo?  -or- b) Did the Chicken get "the worm" and no tattoo?
