Day 2. Turlock to Madera CA 90 miles

This was a doggone good day.  I outran 9 of them!  Another dat through farmland - fruit, almond, and dairy farms. They are huge acreages.  Google Maps presented a problem today.  They sent me to a dead end--even the locals couldn't figure out where I was supposed to be.  Luckily, Larry saved the day with his I-pad.  Also went to an "On" ramp for the highway.  Had a nice chat with the guards at a farm, at least just with walkie talkies--no guns that I could see.
All in all a good day---music tunes helped pass the 90 miles and 86 degree heat.
